We may review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings or submissions at our discretion, including where we believe content is inaccurate, incomplete, deceptive, unlawful, infringing, harmful, or inconsistent with our policies.

4. Reviews, Corrections, and Disputes

Your use of reviews, corrections, dispute channels, and other submission tools is also subject to any additional policies published on GCNM, including any review, correction, advertising, or disclosure policies we make available.

5. Paid Features, Advertising, and Subscriptions

GCNM may offer paid listing upgrades, featured placements, advertising, subscriptions, sponsorships, or related promotional services. If you purchase or request paid services:

  • you agree to provide accurate billing and business information;
  • you authorize applicable charges under the pricing or order terms presented at the time of purchase;
  • fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise; and
  • we may change pricing, packaging, features, and eligibility criteria prospectively.

Additional campaign, insertion-order, or subscription terms may apply to specific paid services.

6. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gordock Enterprises LLC and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your submissions, listings, misuse of the site, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any part of GCNM, remove content, or refuse service at our discretion, with or without notice, especially where we believe these Terms or our policies have been violated.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or GCNM shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Your continued use of GCNM after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
