How shopper leads work
1. A shopper asks for help
People text, call, or chat with us about buying, renting, fixing, or upgrading a cart. Casey, our AI assistant, collects what they need and where they are.
2. We refer it to the closest claimed business
The lead is offered to one business at a time, exclusively, by text (and email). Reply YES and the shopper’s contact details are sent to you right away.
3. You respond first — or it moves on
You have an hour during your business hours to accept. If we don’t hear back, the request goes to the next nearest business so the shopper isn’t left waiting.
Why accurate details matter
Leads are matched by location, category, and phone number. If your listing shows an old address, the wrong services, or a landline that can’t receive texts, requests may go to a competitor or never reach you at all. Claiming your listing lets you:
